After nearly one year of preparation, R&D, samples testing, small batch production, market test and inspection, etc., the KC500 series inverter has now achieved mass production and has been promoted in domestic sales channels.

Compared with KC800 series, KC500 series has greatly improved in the following aspects:

(1) Smaller size 

     The same power model, the volume is further optimized, the power density is higher, the installation size is smaller, and the customer's installation space is minimized.

(2) Built-in DC reactor

      45KW ~ 110KW models are build-in the DC reactors as standard, making installation to be more convenient

(3) Built-in brake unit

      Models below 22KW have built-in brake units as standard, and 30~75KW models are optional for built-in.

(4) More functional terminals

      a, RS485 communication terminal is build-in standardly.

      b. Two analog output terminals

      c. Two relay output terminals

(5) More complete protection functions

     Enhanced input lightning protection and surge protection design; independent cooling air duct design

(6) Closed-loop vector control

      Added closed-loop vector function, specially developed a universal PG cards which are widely used in the market 

(7) Software optimization

     The software functions and the core algorithms are optimized, the functions are more abundant, and the product performance is further improved.
